Did a short 50 odd kilometer ride yesterday with 2 mates. First time I have ridden Rusty off my commute route. Rode out to Killcare from Gosford. What a hoot this little bike is to ride. Being a single 223cc cylinder bike you have to plan corners and gear changes.  Same for up hill. For me this makes riding way more enjoyable. I can't stop smiling when I ride it.

Took Bender out for first dirt ride with me on board. Not since the 1980s have I taken a bike onto dirt roads. That front tyre needs to be more of an off road on. I had a ball exploring Ourimbah Creek road.

Yeah I do ride further than the 10 minutes to work. Sunday just gone. Rode with mates. Middle of winter here. Cold as. Photo credit : Cam Vella.

Today I cashed in a gift voucher my wife had bought me for christmas. A Tiger Moth flight with Hunter Valley Vintage Wings. This si the second time she has bought me a voucher with these guys. she knows I love flying in biplanes.                    

Yay a week day ride. Rode with my bro-in-law Steve and his mate Greg. Short ride for coffee at Mt White then on a bit further for a pie at pie in the Sky at Cowan. Then a dash home before the storm hits. My old bus in the middle of two younger BMs. R1. Noice   Steve's Tiger. His Bonnie has a bald tyre so took the Tiger.  From left to right.
