I think I have woken this little docile engine up a bit with the DNA airfilter and FuelX Pro. No it has not given me more horsepower, I knew it would not do this. What it has given me is a smoother engine (especially in 4th gear pulling up hills.) . A bit more midrange grunt. Midrange grunt is good for pulling up hills. I have noticed a more pronounced Dug Dug sound from the exhaust. I am also running a Hitchcock's stainless Long Muffler for the 350/500 UCE bikes. I have fitted a DB killer too. I currently have the FuelX pro set to "8". "3" is the factory setting for the bike. Let's not forget that I have the Hunter ECU/Throttle body fitted too as this takes away the limiter that's stops the bike from going over 114km/h.  Was it worth the money? For me, yes. Engine smoothness, more pull up hills in 4th, and sounds better make it worth it to me.

Scram

Now a scrambler. Well sort of.  Used a cut down Yamaha WR450 front guard as rear guard which was then attached to the RE rear frame/seat rack. Vintage style tail light. Smaller indicators.  So much easier to get the rear wheel out now. On the left side a Triumph Bonnie saddlebag frame fitted so I can hang bag off it.  Can't believe how heavy the original rear guard and mounting frame weighs. I have not put it on scales but it is heavy.  I know I could have bought a scrambler kit from a company in India but that's no fun for me. I like to make my own.  Not everyone is going to like what I have done to my bike, but it is My bike.
